Innis Herald News

Meet the 2022-23 Masthead!

After a quick break, the Innis Herald is back for another year! We have a lot of stuff in store for you! So here is the line up for the 2022-2023 school term!

Editor-in-Chief:

YASH KUMAR SINGHAL

“Hey Innis! My name is Yash Kumar Singhal and I’m going to be the Innis Herald’s Editor in Chief for 2022-23. I’m going into my second year with a double major in Cell & Molecular Biology + Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. I’m a Slytherclaw, a cat-person, a night-owl, and a MAJOR Marvel fan. In my free time, you could find me writing, cooking, or going down utterly random youtube spirals. I’m SO excited to continue working on the Innis Herald and hope I can do justice to its contributors, its masthead, and of course, its readers. Also, I live at Innis Residence and am almost always wandering aimlessly around campus, so if you see me, come say hi!”

Online Editor:

CATHERINE DUMÉ

Hey Innis! I’m Catherine and I am a fourth-year Humanities student who has a major in Political Science and double minor in Writing & Rhetoric and History. I love writing and contributing to the Innis Herald and keeping myself busy! (too busy sometimes!) Starting next term I will be joining Innis College’s Black Work Group and Accessibility Committee (EDIA). If you have a black or disability issue you like me to raise, let me know! However, if you like to participate in the spreading awareness of disability issues, join my club U-TAAC were we host monthly meetings to promote accessibility issues. You can find me either writing fantasy novels, writing about disability issues in the Varsity, or in the recording studio working on the Innis Herald Podcast! If you would like to showcase your written contributions on the podcast, fill out this form!
